The FRProxy balance: topping up, paying, renewing
Your account carries a balance in euros, topped up in crypto and credited automatically. You settle orders and extend proxies in one click.
update Updated
Here is exactly how it works, including what it does not do.
Topping up
Top-ups are made in crypto, to an address that belongs to you alone.
1. Choose your network
My account → Add funds. You choose the network you will send from: USDT on TRON, USDT on
Ethereum, Bitcoin, and a few others.
The choice is yours because you are the one paying the network fees, and they vary a great deal from one chain to the next.
2. Your address appears right away
An address dedicated to your account, valid for that network only. It shows up the moment you have chosen your network: it is yours for good, there is nothing for us to do and nobody for you to notify.
The network is locked in at the same instant. That is deliberate: an address is only valid on its own chain, and switching network yourself would show you one on the wrong chain. To pay from another network, write to us: we assign you a second address.
If we have no free address left on that network, the screen invites you to write to us. We are alerted the second it happens to you, and we set yours up by hand. It is the exception, not the rule.
⚠️ One address, one network. USDT sent on TRON arrives at a TRON address. Sent on another chain, it is permanently lost: nobody can recover it, neither you nor us. It is the only irreversible mistake in this whole journey.
3. You send, the balance updates
On most networks, crediting is automatic. As soon as your transfer is confirmed on the chain, the amount shows up on your balance, within a few minutes. There is nothing to report to us, and the delay depends on the network you picked, not on us.
| Network | Your balance is credited |
|---|---|
| USDT on Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon or Ethereum · Bitcoin · Litecoin | automatically |
| Ethereum (ETH) · Monero | by hand: tell us once you have sent |
Your address screen repeats it every time, in plain words: trust what it says.
Plan for a little more than the amount you want. Network fees are taken out of what you send, they are not added on top: sending exactly €60 credits slightly less than €60.
Spending
Two uses: settling an order, extending a proxy.
Paying an order
Three paths, and it is your balance at the moment you order that decides what the confirmation screen offers you.
Your balance covers the order: Order and Pay Now. The order is saved and settled in the same
move, there is nothing else for you to do.
Your balance is not enough: the screen shows your balance, what you are short of, and offers
Order and Top Up. The order is saved at the price displayed, and you land on the top-up screen
with the amount already filled in.
You would rather settle later: Place the order saves it without debiting anything. The
payment button waits for you on My orders, with the amount still missing written beside it.
The debit and the status change happen together or not at all, whichever path you take. There is no intermediate state where you would be debited without the order moving forward.
The full walkthrough: How to pay for your order.
Paying as soon as your deposit arrives
When your balance is not enough, a box is ticked for you: "Pay this order automatically as soon as my deposit arrives".
It does exactly what it says. The second your top-up lands, if it covers the order, the order is paid and we start preparing it. You are notified. Nothing to click, nothing to write to us, even at three in the morning.
It does nothing else: it never spends beyond your balance, it only covers the order you are placing right now, and you can untick it. If several orders are waiting, the oldest goes first.
Renewing a proxy
On My proxies, each subscription proxy shows its renewal price. One click: the amount is
debited, the period is extended, and your access expiry date is pushed back by the same length
of time.
Renewing early loses you nothing. If your proxy still has fifteen days to run, the new period is added to the end of the old one. Conversely, a proxy renewed late starts from today: we do not bill for an interval during which you had no service.
A trial proxy renews too
If you are testing a proxy and it suits you, renew it from your balance: it becomes yours, with no further steps. It is the fastest way to convert a trial.
The rules the system always applies
| Rule | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| You cannot spend more than your balance | A payment beyond it is refused, and nothing is half-debited. No purchase can put you in the red. |
| A debt exists, but it comes from us | If we extended a proxy before you paid, your balance goes below zero and the panel says so: "You owe this amount". A top-up clears that first, the rest becomes available. |
| Nothing is taken automatically, except what you asked for | There is no subscription auto-renewal: a proxy that is not renewed expires. The only automatic debit is the one you ticked, on one specific order. |
A debt adds to what you buy. If you owe €10 and order €50 worth, the screen asks you for €60, not €40. You do not have to do that sum yourself: the missing amount displayed already includes it.
That last line deserves reading twice: watch your expiry dates. The panel displays them and you get a reminder, but apart from the automatic payment on deposit, nothing leaves your balance without you clicking.
Reading your history
My account shows every transaction on your account: the date, the signed amount (+ or −)
and the reason in plain language: "Order #42", "Proxy 15001 · Premium · 30 Days". A renewal
therefore tells you which proxy and which plan, not just a number.
The sign is written out, not conveyed by color alone: a table of transactions has to be readable in black and white too.
FAQ
Can I get my balance refunded?
Write to us. It is not automated.
What happens to my balance if I have no proxy left?
It stays. It does not expire.
Can I pay without using the balance?
Yes, as before, by writing to us directly. The balance is a shortcut, not an obligation.
Can my balance disappear?
No. The ledger is append-only: the database itself refuses to delete an entry or to change its amount or reference, and that applies to us too. A mistake is corrected with a reverse entry, which stays visible. The database is backed up every night, with thirty days of history.
